RATE INFORMATION

• All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax).
• Rates are valid from 01 April 2009 – 31 March 2010
• Rates quoted are per person for dorm bed and share tent accommodation on the Fraser Safari unless otherwise specified.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Accommodation cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to one (1) night’s accommodation charge per person cancelled.
• Fraser Safari cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the retail cost of the Safari Tour per person cancelled.
• Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to arrival may result in complete forfeiture of some or all of the package components.
• Beaches Backpackers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a Fraser Safari departure subject to unsafe weather conditions or passenger numbers.
• Cancellations due to unforeseen weather conditions will incur a $25 administration fee unless rescheduled.
• Beaches Backpackers reserves the right to substitute sailing vessels.

LOCAL CHARGES

Please note, fees are charged by the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority and Queensland Parks and Wildlife for entry into the marine and national parks. These fees and levies are included where applicable in your total cost and highlighted as ‘local charges’. These charges are subject to change and payable at time of check in. An $8 luggage storage fee is payable in Airlie Beach for the optional storage of luggage while sailing in the Whitsundays.
